And I am SICK of everyone saying, "Why are you buying in London? Why not buy outside of London and commute, it'd be so much cheaper!"
You know what, maybe I don't want to live in suburbia. Maybe I don't want to have to queue with the 4x4s on the school run, maybe I just want to live 5 minutes walking distance from a train station that can take me to the next continent.
