I have pulled out of the London Marathon, due to injury and illness. I have raised £1000 for DEMAND though, and I am aiming to carry on with my training so that I have a greater chance of running it under 6 hours next year!
Now I just have to concentrate on getting fit enough to get back to my 5 days a week in the gym and many days of martial arts. At the moment I am barely fit enough to train for an hour before I teach. I spent the whole weekend in bed, so that might help me shake off the last of this evil bug.
